The halls of the Maliotis Cultural Center were filled with energy and pride last night as more than 100 members of AHEPA gathered for a special visit from Supreme President Chris Kaitson. The event brought together chapters from across Greater Boston—Boston, Watertown, Lynn, Brockton, and Marlboro—making it a true celebration of unity and shared purpose.
President Kaitson outlined AHEPA’s 2025 program, inspiring members with the organization’s continued focus on Hellenism, education, philanthropy, civic responsibility, and family values. His message was warmly received, drawing enthusiastic applause from the packed audience.
Adding to the sense of occasion, Themistocles Frangos, Greg Simones, and Basil Mossaidis joined the Supreme President, each emphasizing the importance of building bridges within the community and ensuring the next generation remains connected to its Greek roots.
The Maliotis Cultural Center, known as a hub for cultural preservation and education, was the perfect backdrop for this gathering. The alignment between the missions of AHEPA and the Center was evident throughout the evening, as both institutions share the goal of promoting Greek heritage while strengthening community bonds.
“This evening wasn’t just about outlining programs—it was about celebrating who we are as a community,” one attendee reflected. “It was inspiring to feel the spirit of AHEPA alive in Boston.”
