A unique artistic event is set to dazzle attendees at the 2024 Paris World Exhibition, as part of Paris Fashion Week. The multi-award-winning song “My Dressmaker”, created by internationally acclaimed lyricist Evi Photopoulos and composer Kimon Pollatos, will accompany the fashion show of the iconic Japanese designer Haruko Mitori.
The event will take place on September 29, 2024, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the iconic The Westin Paris – Vendôm, where Mitori will present her new collection, perfectly synchronized with the musical composition by Photopoulos and Pollatos. The song, performed by Konstantinos Tsimouris and Anna Maria Deligiorgi, has already captivated audiences with its emotive melodies and artistic excellence.
The song was selected by the international artistic director and CEO of Prestige Show Production, Stavroulla Nikolaou. This collaboration, combining Mitori’s elegance and innovation with the musical mastery of “My Dressmaker”, is expected to be one of the highlights of Paris Fashion Week.
Haruko Mitori, known for her innovative approach that blends traditional Japanese techniques with contemporary haute couture, will present her new collection, often described as “wearable art.” Her recent award, the Paris Fashion Award, confirms her rising success, and her collaboration with the Song of Photopoulos and Pollatos is expected to create a unique artistic experience.
As Evi Photopoulos stated: “It is a great honor for us that ‘My Dressmaker’ was chosen for such an important event. Our collaboration with Haruko Mitori at the Paris World Exhibition is a wonderful union of different artistic expressions.”
The event promises to uniquely blend fashion and music, creating an unforgettable experience for attendees and highlighting the true artistry of haute couture and musical composition.
